BRCGS wishes to extend its presence in the growing international markets by having a local resource in Turkey . This role would be a perfect fit for an individual who understands the supply chain in their local market and would benefit from working with our brand. The individual would already have engaged with Government and understand many of the brands and the drivers in the market. There would be many commercial opportunities that would develop from working with our schemes, especially in consultancy. Personal brand would benefit from an association with our organisation and we would support the regional and global teams would support the individual.

Job purpose

BRCGS wishes to extend its presence in the growing international markets by having a local resource who can provide support in areas such as:

  • Commercial representation at conferences and events
  • Liaison with local specifiers such as retailers and manufacturers
  • Assisting and supporting supply chain projects with the BRC Global Standards team
  • Liaison with Regulatory and Government authorities
  • Local point of contact for our Professional development programme

Qualities and Qualifications

We are looking for an advocate of BRCGS who is:

  • Currently an independent consultant in supply chain, with a focus on suppliers
  • One of our recognised trainers (ATP)
  • One of our recognised consultants (ACP)
  • Potentially one of our current auditors or someone that has worked with our schemes previously
  • Experience in retail, QSR and manufacturing
  • Prior knowledge of BRC Global Standards and has implemented any one of our schemes¬†

Remuneration

  • An appropriate daily rate will be paid for any work undertaken and agreed with BRCGS
  • Relevant travel expenses
  • Any BRCGS training or qualifications required will be provided free of charge
  • Free delegate pass to local Food Safety conferences held currently in EMEA and North America
