The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute BRCGS’ digital strategy to drive traffic, improve online visibility, lead generation and to grow a community of digital subscribers. The role will support the development and ongoing performance of our digital assets including website and e-commerce platform, email and marketing automation, social media sites, webinars, and CRM data, using techniques such as analytics, SEO, optimisation, and UX.

Job purpose

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute BRCGS’ digital strategy to drive traffic, improve online visibility, lead generation and to grow a community of digital subscribers. The role will support the development and ongoing performance of our digital assets including website and e-commerce platform, email and marketing automation, social media sites, webinars, and CRM data, using techniques such as analytics, SEO, optimisation, and UX.

The role will work with the marketing team to support the narrative and values of the newly established brand and to ensure that content, collateral and campaigns are fully integrated through online channels. This will support the creation of a BRCGS community that will support the business need to develop direct site relationships.

The role will put forward new and innovative ideas and drive plans through to completion. The role will be commercially astute, creative, data-driven, analytically-minded and have an ambition to support growth in a fast-growing business.
