The Head of Global Sales will manage a global sales team currently based in UK, Canada and India and develop the organisational direct sales capability and capacity. The role will drive and support online and offline sales across publications, training, events, certification (including free from), digital products and partnership service packages.

Job purpose

The Head of Global Sales will manage a global sales team currently based in UK, Canada and India and develop the organisational direct sales capability and capacity. The role will drive and support online and offline sales across publications, training, events, certification (including free from), digital products and partnership service packages.

As part of our corporate strategic development the organisation needs to develop better relationships with manufacturing sites who are operating to one of our global standards. The role is critical in growing revenue per site (RPS) which will have a large impact on revenue growth.

The role will provide leadership to a relatively new direct sales team and develop and implement the global sales strategy across the product portfolio. The role will be responsible for driving direct sales channel performance and contributing to overall business revenue. The role will be customer and CRM focused, commercially astute, creative, data-driven, analytically-minded and have an ambition to drive growth in a fast-growing business.

The role will be part of a sales and marketing management team that will include the Head of Global Marketing and Head of Publishing.
