This training course has been designed to help gain an appreciation of celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity, understand the Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard requirements and to provide guidance on auditing a Gluten-Free Management System.
The course will enable you to gather key objective evidence required to determine compliance against relevant sections of the Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard. It will also provide instruction on how to correctly complete auditor documentation, including client reports and corrective action requests.
Training for Issue 3 is now available and is a mandatory requirement for all Gluten-Free Certification Program certified auditors.
This course is structured in an easy-to-follow format and consists of seven (7) modules. The course modules include:

Course duration: 6-8 hours
Format: This is a self-paced online course. To gain access to this training after purchase, you will require an enrollment code for use on the BRCGS Educate learning platform. Enrollment codes are distributed by BRCGS Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm GMT only.

Language: This training and exam are included in English only
Assessment: Auditor Training exam 50 questions; Pass mark 75%. Two (2) attempts allowed for successful completion
