Gluten-Free Certification Program – Auditor Training

This training course has been designed to help gain an appreciation of celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity, understand the Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard requirements and to provide guidance on auditing a Gluten-Free Management System.

The course will enable you to gather key objective evidence required to determine compliance against relevant sections of the Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard. It will also provide instruction on how to correctly complete auditor documentation, including client reports and corrective action requests. Training for Issue 3 is now available and is a mandatory requirement for all Gluten-Free Certification Program certified auditors.

Overview

This course is structured in an easy-to-follow format and consists of seven (7) modules. The course modules include:

  • Gluten Awareness
  • Gluten Legal Requirements
  • Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard
  • Implementing the Standard Requirements
  • The Certification Process
  • Wrap Up, Recap and Resources

Course duration: 6-8 hours

Access Expiry: Your access to this course will expire three (3) months after purchase.

Language: This training and exam are included in English only

Assessment: Auditor Training exam 50 questions; Pass mark 75%. Two (2) attempts allowed for successful completion
