Gluten-Free Certification Program – Industry Training

This training course has been designed to help gain an appreciation of celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity, understand the Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard requirements and to provide guidance on implementing a Gluten-Free Management System in your business.

The Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard Issue 3 was released on February 15, 2019. Issue 3 provides increased clarity to service providers and customers, better alignment with international regulations, new practical learnings, and detailed guidance on oats, the grains supply chain, sampling plans and analytical testing.

Training for Issue 3 is now available and is a mandatory requirement for all Gluten-Free Certification Program certified sites.

Overview

This course is structured in an easy-to-follow format and consists of seven (7) modules. The course modules include:

  • Introduction
  • Gluten Awareness
  • Gluten Legal Requirements
  • Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard
  • Implementing the Standard Requirements
  • The Certification Process
  • Wrap Up, Recap and Resources

Course duration: 4-6 hours

Access Expiry: Your access to this course will expire three (3) months after purchase.

Language: This training and exam are included in English only

Assessment: Industry Training exam 25 questions; Pass mark 60%. Two (2) attempts allowed for successful completion
