Cathy has worked in a quality/technical function for over 20 years in various industries including food, food supplements, homeopathy and medical devices.
As a qualified Biotechnologist (BSc Hons), Food Technologist (BSc Hons), Nutritionist (L6), and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she has good product and processes understanding and extensive experience of implementing, auditing, maintaining and training of Quality and Safety Management Systems.
Cathy is a BRCGS Food Safety Third Party Auditor (15 categories + the additional modules); a BRCGS Approved Training Partner (ATP); and also delivers a range of Highfield-accredited courses.
Her experience involves work in manufacturing companies, food testing laboratories, in quality, technical and engineering roles.
Cathy is able to take the stress out of learning by maintaining a professional, but relaxed learning environment.
