Danni is a food safety professional with 10 years experience in both auditing and Quality Assurance/Technical roles within a variety of food manufacturing industries; including slaughter and meat processing (including ready to eat processed foods), seafood, bakery, brewing and distilling, fruit and vegetable production, produce packaging and distribution, retail and foodservice operations (including retail foodservice and flight kitchens), spice mixing, formulation and blending, ready meals (e.g. sandwiches, desserts) and confectionary. Danni is currently a Director at Food Safety Solutions Inc, providing auditing, consulting and training services to the food industry. She is a registered BRC Auditor, SQF Auditor and CanadaGAP Auditor and ASQ Certified HACCP Auditor; as well as a certified BRC, CanadaGAP and food hygiene trainer. She is experienced in both developing and auditing food safety systems.
