Jorge Noguez has been employed with the SGS Mexico since 2016 and is a Food Safety Professional. He has performed over 200 MD GFSI food safety audits, and more than 120 HACCP audits covering meat, baking, powdering, biochemicals, processed foods, soft drinks, alcohol drinks, gluten free, storage and distribution, and packaging materials. He studied Food Engineering in Simon Bolivar University in Mexico.
