Dr. Atila Tunaboylu is Food Engineer M.Sc. and has food sector experience for dairy , fresh produce, canned and frozen fruit and vegetables, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including bottled water) poultry and egg production, ready-to-eat foods, confectionery in national and multi-national food companies (Coca Cola, Pınar Food Group, Danone Dairy) as Quality, Food Safety and R&D Manager for 12 years.

He was a research assistant in University of Ege, Food Engineering Department during his Master of Science Education at the scientific branch of Unit operations in Food Engineering. He has also Ph.D. degree on Quality Control of Food Engineering

He is a Lead Assessor for the BRCGS Standard for Food Safety, BRCGS Standard for Packaging & Packaging Materials, HACCP and other GFSI Recognised Standards. He has undertaken more than 1.000 audits for these standards.

Atila Tunaboylu is the founder of the training company “Tunaboylu Food and Packaging Training Institute” and has been working as Senior Tutor in this organisation.
