Eleanor is a Consultant, Trainer and Auditor with a proven track record in Quality Assurance and Production Management.

Her extensive knowledge of the Food and Drink Industry involves a variety of processing techniques gained over the past 30 years.

Eleanor has been providing technical support and assistance for food and drink companies primarily in the North East region for the past 14 years. She specialises in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of Quality Management and HACCP Systems within SME companies to meet the requirements of BRCGS Food, Packaging, Storage & Distribution Standards, ISO22000 & FSSC22000 Standards, Retailer Standards and the SALSA Scheme.

She is qualified and highly experienced at developing and delivering training courses in Food Safety, HACCP, VACCP & TACCP and related subjects to all levels.

IFST Member & Professional Food Auditor and Mentor.
