Gordana Halbreiner is a co-founder of Food Technology Consulting (FTC) since 2000. She has more than 20 years of experience in food processing and regulatory affairs, which enables her to organize and conduct training in these areas. With FTC, she has been involved in a diverse range of projects, both in Canada and internationally, developing and implementing HACCP Systems and Quality Systems in the food industry. Gordana has worked with both federal and provincial HACCP Systems and GFSI standards. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology. She is certified consultant for SQF and BRCGS GFSI Global standards. Gordana worked with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Food Inspection Branch and CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency), on different projects. She has been providing training on HACCP Principles to the industry since 2000 and is very proud ATP (Approved Training provider) for BRCGS. Gordana has been involved with the BRCGS since the first edition of the Global Food Standard and since then has worked with many companies, consulting and assisting them in achieving certification. She enjoys mentoring companies towards gaining, then maintaining certification. Gordana strongly believes that the success lies with company ownership and on site constant engagement as one of the principle deliverables of a good consultant and trainer. Gordana is an experienced industry consultant and is highly regarded by all clients and government authorities in Canada
