Michael is well acquainted with the BRCGS Standard through his extensive experience as a certified lead auditor for the Food Standard in several categories as well as FSSC22000. Michael has an extensive background in managing not only food safety management systems in small and medium sized businesses but also on corporate and international levels. He has a broad experience in helping food businesses prepare for certification by assisting in interpreting the standard.
