Education
Holds dual degrees in Management and Food Engineering from "211/985" Project universities in China, possessing a comprehensive understanding of both corporate management processes and food science and engineering.
Professional Experience
Since 2009, he has been active in quality and safety management within the food and food packaging industries, with expertise spanning training, auditing, and systematic consulting.
In 2020, he became a registered Approved Training Partner (ATP) and Lead Auditor for both the BRCGS Food Safety and Packaging Materials standards.
He has held professional roles at leading organizations such as SGS, BSI, and Eurofins, focusing on training and auditing.
As the founder and operator of three companies, he possesses extensive, end-to-end experience in corporate management—covering everything from business inception and daily operations to conflict resolution, personnel management, the development and internal integration of management systems, and the optimization of value derived from such systems.

Author of the book “Quantifying the Value of Corporate Departments”.
Teaching Style:
Employs a practical, hands-on approach, utilizing numerous real-world case studies and interactive exercises to teach the operational techniques of management systems, rather than relying solely on theoretical concepts.
