Meet Fatma İnceoğlu

She graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU), Department of Food Engineering in 1997. Worked in the food industry (e.g. fruit and vegetables, laboratory, confectionery, food ingredients mix, ready-to-eat meals), followed by 4 years of factory feasibility, R&D, and management system consultancy.

She has worked as an auditor since 2008, as a contracted lead auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 (food and packaging), BRCGS Food, IFS PAC Secure, ISO 15378, and FSMA PCQI (FSPCA Cert. No: a040e0aa). She brings specialized technical expertise in auditing ISO 22716, IFS Food, EFfCI Cosmetic Ingredients GMP (EFfCI-A0100 / EFfCI-T0022), and JAN 2025 Unified Standards for Cosmetic Ingredients, Home & Laundry Ingredients, and Packaging Materials.

She has qualified as a BRCGS auditor and trainer in 2012, then qualified as an Approved Training Partner for BRCGS Food Safety, Packaging Materials, and Product Safety Management Standards since 2019.

She has delivered over 1,850 total technical mandays across 300+ manufacturing facilities in 20+ countries. FDERD has managed over 50 consultancy projects including BRCGS, FSSC Food & Packaging, ISO 22716, for chemical, food, cosmetic, and packaging sectors.
