I am a Food Safety and Quality professional with extensive experience in food safety consultancy, training, auditing, FSMS implementation, and quality management across manufacturing, dairy, bakery, catering, hotels, and educational sectors. I have worked with organizations including TQS Global Management Services, IGMPI, Jamie Oliver Group, Dabon International, Cremica Agro Foods, and Cepham Milk Specialities. My expertise includes HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, FSSAI regulations, food labelling, internal and vendor audits, product development, complaint investigation, and food safety training.
I am an FSSAI Certified Trainer and Assessor for Manufacturing, Milk and Milk Products, and Warehousing and Storage, with international HACCP training certifications.
