Joseph Bou Samra

Joseph Bou Samra is a food safety trainer and lead auditor with 18 years of experience delivering training across North America, the Middle East and North Africa, and West Africa. As a BRCGS Approved Training Partner, he delivers courses on the BRCGS Global Standards for Food Safety, Packaging Materials, Consumer Products, Agent & Broker, Ethical Trade and responsible sourcing, and Storage & Distribution, along with Product Safety Management courses including HACCP, Internal Auditor, and Root Cause Analysis.
He has trained more than 1,300 delegates from over 50 organizations, including manufacturers, retailers, and government agencies. His training draws directly on his work as a lead auditor for BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and SQF, so delegates learn what auditors look for and how requirements apply on the factory floor.
Joseph is also an FSPCA Lead Instructor for Preventive Controls for Human Food and the Founder and Managing Director of GMCS (Global Management Consulting Services). He delivers courses in English, French, and Arabic.
