Meet Sriprapai
Sriprapai Wongsrikul is a BRCGS Approved Training Partner and an experienced food safety and management systems auditor. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology.
Her background includes seven years in the pepper and spice manufacturing industry. Her auditing career began in 2006. She has worked with international certification bodies accredited by UKAS, ANAB or JAS-ANZ. Her auditing experience covers BRCGS Food Safety, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP/GHPs and HACCP, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
She has conducted supplier audits against the requirements of international retailers and food manufacturers, with international auditing experience in Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore and India. Her experience also includes auditor development in her role as an Operations Manager and auditor approval in China. This background provides practical insight into manufacturing environments, supplier expectations and auditor competence across different markets.
Combining industry experience, scientific knowledge and experience in developing auditors, Sriprapai helps learners connect standard requirements with practical implementation. Her training explains audit expectations and helps participants apply requirements within their own operational context, building confidence in implementing food safety systems and preparing for audits.
