About you
My name is Ahmed Mahmoud Mohamady Mahmoud. I am a married father of three, and I value the time I spend with my family, making sure to embrace every moment and memory we create together.
I live and work in Egypt, where I am a Meat Inspector and Halal Auditor for the Cairo Veterinary Directorate. I hold a Master’s Degree in Quality Management from Cairo University, where I have also completed pre-doctorate research in the same field.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching football from all around the world, especially the Premier League.
Why did you join the BRCGS Professional Programme?
I joined the BRCGS Professional Programme to further expand my knowledge and enhance the quality of my work. My role as a meat inspector requires a high level of precision and expertise to ensure that my judgements protect public health and safety.
What value do you personally feel the BRCGS Professional certification brings to you?
The BRCGS Professional certification is valuable to me because it strengthens my knowledge and confidence in product safety management.
It connects me to a wider community of professionals who share best practices and industry insights. Being part of this network supports continuous learning and professional growth, while also enhancing my credibility and employability by demonstrating my commitment to high standards.
How has the training helped improve operations at your site/company?
The training has improved the quality of my work by strengthening product safety protocols and providing greater credibility when engaging with external customers and companies.
What did you most enjoy about the training?
I particularly enjoyed the interactive teaching methods. The trainer was highly professional and delivered the information in an accessible way, which made the complex training feel much easier to grasp.
What are you most looking forward to within the Professional community?
I look forward to collaborating with other professionals and increasing my knowledge through online events and webinars with my peers in the industry.
How do you plan to keep your skills up to date?
I plan to keep my skills up to date by enrolling in further courses and attending industry conferences and events.
What are your career ambitions/aims?
My ambition is to lead my own team of professionals or perhaps establish my own business, with the ultimate goal of being recognised as an industry leader.
