About you
I graduated from Celal Bayar University, Department of Food Engineering, in 2021.
I’m currently responsible for quality assurance and R&D processes at a vegetable oil production facility. I have four years of experience in the field of quality, where I’ve been involved in monitoring, improving, and implementing management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, HACCP, and BRCGS.
In addition, I actively work on R&D projects, including product development, process optimization, and technical analysis. Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new places, trying different flavours, and staying up to date with industry innovations.
Why did you join the BRCGS Professional Programme?
I joined the BRCGS Professional Programme to enhance my knowledge in food safety, product integrity, and quality management at an international level. My goal was to deepen my expertise and stay aligned with current best practices to contribute more effectively in my field.
What value do you personally feel the BRCGS Professional certification brings to you?
This certification has enhanced my professional visibility and deepened my technical expertise. Its international recognition has also allowed me to connect with a broader professional network.
How has the training helped improve operations at your site/company?
The training has helped strengthen our internal audit systems and created a more trustworthy structure for our clients. Our compliance rates and audit results have improved significantly.
What did you most enjoy about the training?
I really appreciated the interactive exercises and real-life examples, which helped me internalise the content. The trainer’s expertise and engaging delivery made the sessions impactful.
What are you most looking forward to within the Professional community?
I’m looking forward to meeting professionals from different industries, sharing experiences, and attending events to stay updated on industry trends.
How do you plan to keep your skills up to date?
I plan to attend webinars, dedicate time to up-to-date training, and regularly follow industry publications. Mentoring others also helps me stay sharp and current.
What are your career ambitions/aims?
I aim to continuously grow in my field, expand my knowledge base, contribute to impactful projects, and take on greater responsibilities to advance my professional success.
