About you

I have a Master’s degree in Food Engineering. After working in food production, I shifted my focus to Quality Management Systems. I have implemented both the BRCGS Food and Packaging Materials standards and aim to specialize further in this field. Outside of work, spending time with animals helps me feel balanced and well.

Why did you join the BRCGS Professional Programme?

I wanted to gain an in-depth understanding of the BRCGS standards. I believed that receiving training from a competent and internationally recognized institution would support my career.

What value do you personally feel the BRCGS Professional certification brings to you?

Experience is important, but collaborating with BRCGS has enhanced my professional reputation and added value to my career identity.

How has the training helped improve operations at your site/company?

I am currently implementing the BRCGS Food standard in a newly established factory. The training made it easier for me to build the system on a solid foundation.

What did you most enjoy about the training?

I found it impressive that the trainer supported the content with real-life experiences and focused on practical applications.

What are you most looking forward to within the Professional community?

Being part of a competent and experienced community is a great source of motivation for my personal development.

How do you plan to keep your skills up to date?

I plan to reinforce the training by applying it on-site, achieve the highest audit grade in my current company, and update my knowledge with every revision of the standard.

What are your career ambitions/aims?

I aim to build a strong and knowledgeable quality team, train my colleagues on the correct application of standards, and provide accurate guidance on commonly misinterpreted clauses in the industry.
