About you

I graduated from Uludağ University with a degree in Chemistry. For about 7 years, I’ve worked in various companies in the fields of quality control, quality assurance, and pharmacovigilance quality. I am currently working as a Quality Assurance Specialist at a company that produces food supplements. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going on nature walks, and exploring new places.

Why did you join the BRCGS Professional Programme?

I was introduced to BRCGS at my current company. Since I had no previous experience in the food industry, I wasn’t familiar with this standard. I joined the programme to enhance my knowledge and add value to my career.

What value do you personally feel the BRCGS Professional certification brings to you?

It helped me gain more in-depth knowledge related to my field and connect with other professionals in the industry. The programme has strengthened both my technical understanding and my professional network.

How has the training helped improve operations at your site/company?

The training helped me better ensure product safety, gain knowledge on various topics, and be better prepared for audits.

What did you most enjoy about the training?

I really appreciated the trainers – they were all highly competent in their areas. The group activities and the use of real-life examples made the training engaging and easy to follow.

How do you plan to keep your skills up to date?

I plan to continue my development by attending further training, participating in conferences and seminars, and staying up to date through research. This will help me keep my knowledge current and maintain continuous professional growth.

What are your career ambitions/aims?

My biggest goal is to build and lead my own team, carry out successful projects, and become a well-recognized professional in the industry.
