Currently, I am working as a Quality Assurance Manager for Suryamitra Exim Private Limited, A.P, India. Shrimp Processing Plant, where I am responsible for providing leadership and guidance on the company's Food Safety and Quality Assurance Programs.

Why did you join the BRCGS Professional Programme?

I joined the BRCGS Professional Programme for several reasons, all relating to the professional growth and success of our company. While being recognized globally undoubtedly added weight to my decision, being able to give our customers confidence in our brand was the main reason.

What value do you personally feel the BRCGS Professional certification brings to you?

The BRCGS Professional certification has significant personal and professional value as it allows me to connect globally with professionals from various industries and gain global recognition to demonstrate my commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards.

How has the training helped improve operations at your site/company?

Improved product safety, better audit ratings, and more credibility with outside customers.

The trainer, training techniques, delivery method, interactive tasks, and workplace assignments.

What are you most looking forward to within the Professional community?

I am excited to connect with other professionals to continue improving professionally.

I plan on continuing my professional growth and development by attending events, training sessions, and seminars to stay up to date.

What are your career ambitions/aims?

My goal is to continue growing in the food industry. My knowledge, passion, and professional ethics have taken me far in the industry, so my ambition is to continue prioritizing consumer well-being
