Meet Muhammed Emin

About you

I currently work as a food technician at the Kızılay Beverage Factory. I graduated from Erzurum Atatürk University's Food Quality Control and Analysis Program. I had the opportunity to gain my first work experience at Erzurum Sugar Factory, where I acquired important knowledge as I took my first steps into the industry. In addition to my professional career, I prioritize personal development. I have received individual coaching training and first-level coaching certification from Anadolu University. I also pursued amateur wrestling for a period. I enjoy nature walks, camping, off-road activities, and especially bicycle tours and long travels in nature, which I cherish as unforgettable experiences in my life.

Why did you join the BRCGS Professional Programme?

I believe that the knowledge and skills I have gained through the BRCGS Professional training will allow me to contribute 100% to the production of safer and higher-quality products in my role. During the training process, I significantly developed my knowledge by learning from both our instructor and the other participants. Additionally, the international recognition I will gain through this program is highly valuable to me. I feel both successful and fortunate to be part of this community.

What value do you personally feel the BRCGS Professional certification brings to you?

It is undeniable that the BRCGS Professional certification provides me with international recognition in my professional life and the opportunity to be part of a distinguished community. Moreover, the universally accepted knowledge it offers regarding product safety makes this certification even more meaningful.

How has the training helped improve operations at your site?

The training has helped me better understand the importance of quality and product safety within our organisation. I have gained significant competence in understanding the cause-and-effect relationships behind the precautions taken, identifying necessary corrections in processes, and implementing industry standards. Additionally, I have improved my ability to intervene in situations promptly and effectively.

What did you most enjoy about the training?

I was greatly impressed by our instructor’s ability to communicate with us and share their knowledge and experience. The way the training was delivered in an engaging and consistently interesting manner made the process both enjoyable and productive.

What are you most curious about within the Professional community?

Sharing the same environment with other professionals, exchanging experiences, and discussing ways to progress together excite me the most. I am curious about the opportunities and achievements that the connections and acquaintances formed in this atmosphere can lead to.

How do you plan to keep your skills up to date?

To keep my skills up to date, I plan to follow continuous development by attending training sessions, conferences, events, and seminars. Additionally, the privileges and resources provided by the BRCGS Professional Programme will be a great support for me in this process.

What are your career goals?

I aim to enhance my knowledge and experience by taking on more responsibilities and tasks within my team. Through these experiences, I hope to have the opportunity to lead a team. At the same time, I aspire to gain experience in a larger, global company. Although I am still at the beginning of my professional career, I dream of using my knowledge and experiences in a business I establish myself one day. This goal serves as a strong source of motivation for me.
