Meet Elaine
Elaine is an experienced Food Technologist with a career spanning over 30 years. During this time she has worked in a range of Technical Quality roles in the food manufacturing industry covering many categories of food production including bakery, dairy, raw/ cooked meat, ready meals and brewing before becoming a BRCGS auditor and ATP and ultimately starting her own company.
Since 2021 she has successfully managed her own business providing training, auditing and consultancy services to a range of businesses from blue chip companies to SME’s.
As an ATP, Elaine is qualified and approved to delivery Agents and Brokers, Storage and Distribution, and Food Safety training courses.
