As a qualified Food Technologist, Jon has worked in many technical roles in the food manufacturing industry covering many categories of food production, before moving into the certification industry.
Working for a leading certification body for twenty years, Jon was involved in the development of the Global Standard from Issue 1 back in 1998 and has audited against the Standard all over the world as well as to retailer and manufacturers supplier assurance standards.
Jon has a firm but fair approach to compliance with requirements and a keen eye for food safety and legality aspects within the food manufacturing industry.
