As a qualified Food Technologist, Pushpinder has worked in many Technical/Quality roles in the food manufacturing industry covering many categories of food production including raw/cooked meat and vegetables, beverages, bakery, confectionery, and ingredients before starting his own company.
Since 2014, he has successfully managed his own business providing technical solutions to the food industry with consultancy, training, lecturing, and auditing services. Pushpinder has assisted number of companies in the development of their food safety systems including BRCGS-Food, BRCGS S&D, BRCGS A&B, SALSA, IFS, FSSC2000 etc. across a varied customers base such as fast food, manufacturing, retailers, hotels, and Education establishments.
