Rocky Xu has worked in R&D, quality and production management in various categories of food manufacturing industry for 10 years, and has worked in the third-party certification industry for about 20 years as auditor, national training manager, technical reviewer, food business director.
Rocky has audited against BRCGS since 2004 and audited against HACCP, GMP, GMPC, ISO 22716, ISO22000, FSSC22000 and customer requirements such as fast food, manufacturing, retailers and hotels. Rocky has a firm but fair approach to compliance requirements.
