I have a degree in Food Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Quality Management for the food sector.
I began my professional career in the packaging industry, in the cork stopper production sector, where I served as Quality Director. My greatest experience was in the meat sector, where I held the position of Quality Director and head of production in the cutting room.
The company encompassed the entire chain from field to fork, which allowed me to gain extensive experience and acquire very transversal knowledge.
I have been a consultant, auditor, and trainer for over 15 years.
I am dynamic, interested, dedicated, and have good professional relationships.
