Joseph Bou Samra

Joseph Bou Samra is a food safety consultant and Founder and Managing Director of GMCS (Global Management Consulting Services), supporting businesses across North America, the Middle East and North Africa, and West Africa. With 18 years of experience, he helps sites prepare for and achieve BRCGS certification, from gap analysis and system development through pre-assessment audits and corrective action support.
He provides consulting across the BRCGS Global Standards for Food Safety, Packaging Materials, Consumer Products, Agents and Brokers, Ethical Trade and Responsible Sourcing, and Storage and Distribution. His support also covers HACCP, food safety culture, supplier approval, internal audit programs, and root cause analysis. Because he also works as a lead auditor for BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and SQF, he brings a practical understanding of how standards are interpreted and audited, helping clients build systems that work on the factory floor, not just on paper.
Joseph is a BRCGS Approved Training Partner and FSPCA Lead Instructor. He works with clients in English, French, and Arabic.
