I am a food science graduate and director of Food Forward Consultancy Ltd. My services include improving the integrity and management of food safety standards within food manufacturing sites. With more than 25 years of experience in the food industry I have the sufficient experience to aid you with you technical queries. I offer a tailored service to meet the needs of your particular food business including mentoring, on site auditing, third party audit support, the development of HACCP systems and setting up BRCGS systems.
