BRCGS shares product safety expertise at Kozder conference in Turkey
BRCGS recently joined the Kozder conference in Sapanca, Turkey, bringing product safety certification into the conversation with cosmetics industry professionals.
Kozder, the Turkish Cosmetics Science and Sectoral Development Association, brought together industry experts to explore key topics including legislation, product testing and compliance, raw materials, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), safety and product safety certification.
During the conference, BRCGS introduced delegates to Consumer Products Issue 5, including its application to personal care products, and shared how certification can support organisations in strengthening product safety and demonstrating best practice.
Product safety certification was also explored through a dedicated session which included a live mock audit scenario, providing a practical demonstration of the certification process and bringing some of the challenges organisations face to life.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with the cosmetics sector in Turkey and contribute to the wider conversation around stronger product safety practices.
