BRCGS was pleased to participate in GFSI China Day 2026, held on 10 September in Shanghai. The annual event brought together food safety professionals from across the industry to exchange insights on system development, industry research, certification and supply chain trust.
During the event, Ray Jin, Regional Head of North Asia, delivered a presentation titled BRCGS Global Standards Integrity Programme, focusing on on-site inspection mechanisms that support certification integrity.
Ray also took part in the roundtable discussion, GFSI-Recognised Certification Promotion: From Awareness to Trust, where he shared insights into the evolving role of certification systems, the importance of building trust across the supply chain, and opportunities for the continued adoption of GFSI-recognised certifications in China over the coming years.
Events such as GFSI China Day provide valuable opportunities for industry leaders to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaboration and support continual improvement in food safety and supply chain assurance.
