Angela is a registered BRCGS Food Safety Professional and has over 25 years’ experience in food manufacturing leadership roles internationally across a range of high risk and ambient food categories.


Her career has included all technical and quality areas throughout the supply chain from supplier management, through FSQMS, process control, GMP and hygiene, to crisis and business continuity management, consumer care and customer technical liaison.


Angela has worked with clients across Asia, Australasia, Europe and Africa, providing calm support in crisis situations, conducting supplier audits, gap assessments against BRCGS, SQF and both retail and QSR customer standards, complaint investigations, foreign matter and food defence audits and internal training.


She has simplified complex FSQMS systems, led HACCP studies, developed internal audit and supplier management systems, and implemented TACCP and VACCP risk assessments and systems, and supported development of Food Safety Culture Programs.


Angela conducts bespoke Crisis, Recall and Incident Management simulation exercises and food defence site penetration tests for clients. She provides specialised training tailored to client sites and procedures including TACCP and VACCP, advanced auditing skills, CCP monitoring, pre-operational inspections, aseptic and swabbing techniques to support environmental monitoring regimes, and allergen awareness.


Angela has a degree in Biological Sciences (Microbiology) and is a qualified BRCGS Food Safety Version 8, ISO9000, and Business Continuity Lead Auditor. She has Advanced Diplomas in Food Safety and HACCP and has successfully completed BRCGS Professional Product Safety Management courses in Validation & Verification, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment, Internal Auditing and Environmental Monitoring.


Angela is a registered BRCGS Food Safety Professional and is an elected Fellow of the Institute of Food Science & Technology.
