Michele holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Milan and is a consultant with more than 15 years of experience.

He carries out activities as a first- and second-party Auditor in the field of food safety and food packaging safety; specific consultancy for food companies, food packaging companies, and food service companies; temporary manager for production companies in the food and food contact materials sector.

Michele is an approved BRCGS consultant, qualified as an internal auditor for GFSI schemes (BRCGS, FSSC 22000 and IFS) and for the ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 22005, and ISO 16636 standards.
