Dr. Almudena Hernandez Cimiano is an Agricultural Engineer (PhD in Food Technology). She has over 25 years of food industry experience from working in a Food Laboratory (5 years), Food Industry (5 years) and CB (over 15 years). Her field of work covers the most common Product Safety Standards for Food, Packaging Materials, Quality, Logistic and Broker Systems. She has been involved in the development of different standards (i.e. BRC S&D issue 1), R&D publications and patents. She has also worked in different European Countries (such as the UK and Poland). Her language skills include Spanish, English and Intermediate level of French.
