Andrea Hines is a Certified Food Scientist, holds a M.S. in Food Safety from the University of Arkansas, and is the Training Manager for FSNS Certification & Audit. Prior to joining the certification body, she spent more than ten years in food safety, quality, regulatory, and communication roles with food manufacturers. Her manufacturing experience includes: beverages, seafood, meat, poultry, bakery, low acid canning, acidified foods, fermented foods, confections, produce, dry goods, fully cooked foods, hemp derived ingredients, and dairy. Prior to the Training Manager role, Andrea held Audit Specialist and Technical Reviewer roles at FSNS.
