Andrea Hines has an M.S. in Food Safety from the University of Arkansas, and is a contract trainer and consultant with Eurofins. Andrea's career experience includes research faculty at Georgia Tech, third party auditing, and roles in food safety, quality, regulatory affairs, and communication with food manufacturers. Her manufacturing experience includes beverages, seafood, meat, poultry, bakery, low acid canning, acidified foods, confections, fully cooked foods, low moisture foods, dietary supplements, hemp derived ingredients, and cheese products.
