Chisala is a post-graduate food scientist with a broad range of knowledge and expertise developed over 20 years. He has served in various roles in research and academia, food processing, food safety and quality instrumentation, audit and certification as well as training and consultancy in Zambia, South Africa and UK.
Chisala brings together his broad and deep food industry technical knowledge and experience across multiple categories, and a strong appreciation of andragogy to deliver effective, enjoyable and impactful training sessions across a range of BRCGS standards, as well as in general and specialist food safety and quality subject areas.
