She spent last 11 years as Quality and R&D Manager at Fersan Fermentation Products company, gaining extensive expertise in production, quality, management and international food safety standards. Her experience covers GFSI standards, BRCGS, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, Ethical and sustainability and major retail audits. At GAProSys, she provides training, consultancy, GAP analyses, system implementation, supplier and internal audits, helping businesses build sustainable systems that meet legal requirements and strengthen competitiveness. Her mission is to deliver practical, reliable, and effective solutions.
