Before launching her consultancy, Helen held leadership roles as Technical Manager and Head of Technical, where she led teams to consistently achieve AA+ BRCGS accreditation.

Helen’s global experience spans auditing manufacturing facilities worldwide, offering deep insights into various operational practices and quality standards. She understands the complexities of navigating the evolving regulatory landscape while balancing the daily demands of food production.

Her extensive skill set includes developing and delivering tailored training programs, team development and mentoring, implementing quality management systems, project management, hygiene management, and effective problem-solving strategies.
