Mr Khoa Tang comes from a Food Engineering and MBA background, and has many years experience at MNCs in different fields such as audit, training, F&B, manufacturing, FMCG, food packaging. 

Since August 2025, he has worked for SGS as a Lead Auditor and trainer of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS Packaging Materials, BRCGS Food Safety, and BRCGS Gluten-free. In addition, he is also a tutor for BRCGS Food Safety, Packaging Materials, Gluten-free, and FSSC 22000.

Prior to that, Khoa worked for Bureau Veritas as a Lead Auditor and trainer for the same range of standards. He joined Bureau Veritas from PepsiCo where he held position of Production Executive. He led all operation activities of manpower, planning, production, maintenance, cost and quality including the set up of FSSC 22000 and an AIB system for a new beverage production line.

Earlier in his career, Khoa worked for Asia Packaging Industries (API), a joint venture food packaging manufacturer across Japan and Indonesia, as the Assistant Production Manager. In his time there, he successfully set up the FSSC 22000 system as a Project Leader at API South factory in Binh Duong (Vietnam) and as a Consultant at API North factory in Bac Ninh (Vietnam).

Khoa also worked for Nestle as Production Supervisor to manage production lines from Process to F&P (Filling & Packing). He was in charge of safety, production plans, line efficiency, quality, costing and TPM (Total Performance Management) for production lines. He also set up and let the implementation of 5S, HACCP, ISO 22000, Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS), Foreign Body Preventive System (FBPS), Net Content Control System (NCCS) and Cleaning In Place (CIP). Prior to this role, Khoa started his career at Tovecan – a food packaging manufacturer - as QC staff.
