Luisa has nearly 10 years of experience in the food industry, working for a globally recognized baking company in Mexico and United States locations. She began her career as QA administrator and quickly progressed to Quality Assurance/Food Safety Manager. She is currently responsible for GFSI training and education, developmental consulting, and performing GFSI audits in US, Mexico, Latin American, and South American locations.
