Małgorzata has over 30 years of experience in the packaging industry, which allows her to conduct practical and effective implementations, workshops and trainings.

After graduating from the Gdańsk University of Technology, specializing in Flexible Production Systems, she began her work with the design of PET packaging, construction of injection and blow molds; then she worked as a quality manager in the production of steel cans and lids.

She has 16 years of experience in auditing the BRCGS Packaging Materials system and 5 years in auditing the BRCGS Consumer Products system, which she gained by conducting audits and implementations for several manufacturing companies in Europe and Eurasia.

Trains and advises companies on how to effectively implement the requirements of the BRCGS standards and identify risks and threats that affect the safety, quality and legality of the product. The advantage is that she can define areas for improvement and motivate people to implement actions by indicating methods and practical solutions.
