Mike specialises in the implementation of a variety International Management Systems and has developed and implemented certified Management Systems for leading South African Brand Producers. Mike is a recognised subject matter expert in product quality, food safety & risk assessment methodology, specifically in Food Manufacturing and Food Packaging Industries.

Mike is a food scientist and technologist by qualification and has also worked in Process Engineering Fields and has been working with the BRC standards with a wide range of food, packaging, storage and distribution clients over the course of the last 30 years.

Mike is very approachable and is able to uncomplicate complex standards to allow non-systems personnel to understand the requirements of the standards and translate them into what needs to be done.
