Achieving two Honours Bachelor degrees in Food Processing Engineering and Commerce, Mr. Phong also possesses a diverse background with over 40 years of working experience in various industries naming a few such as oil & gas, foodstuff, catering, garment and packaging in both public and private sectors. 

He has spent the most recent 20 years pursuing his passion in auditing food safety, product quality, work safety and environmental protection. Proudly working more than 15 years in BRCGS Packaging auditing, he has a wealth of experience in risk management, quality control, facilities and human resources supporting businesses tremendously to stay compliant yet competitive throughout the industry rivalries. 

He is passionate about knowledge sharing through an inspired, concise, and conscientious teaching style.
