Dr. Rahul Soman is a seasoned food safety expert with 25 years of comprehensive experience in the food industry, specializing in food safety management system auditing and training.

Having Doctoral Degree with topic covering industrial cocoa bean fermentation and drying, he is a rank holder in his post graduate programme (Foods and Nutrition) and graduate in Food Science and Quality Control.

He is qualified as a Lead auditor and Lead trainer for several food safety management system standards and supplier standards related to safety, quality, legality and authenticity. He has conducted more than 2,000 days of audits and trainings globally.
