  • Started his career in South India as a supervisor in accelerated freeze-drying shrimps and spices, and later moved to Nairobi, Kenya for a food processing plant feasibility study, and to Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania as factory manager. He has industry experience in seafood, dairy, meat, frozen convenience foods, pickle, spices, etc.
  • In his current position as Senior Lead Auditor in TÜV SÜD South Asia he performs audits for the BRCGS Standard for Food Safety, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, etc.
