Since 2002, he has been an independent consultant and auditor, delivering training, gap assessments, and certification readiness across food, packaging, chemical, hospitality, mining, and textile industries. Taurai is a BRCGS Approved Consultant for Food Safety and Packaging Materials and an IRCA-accredited Lead Auditor. His expertise includes HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, FSMA, and other GFSI standards, with over 150 ethical audits conducted in Southern and Central Africa. He is known for practical, engaging training aligned with real-world challenges.
