Thammaiah N D is a M. Tech graduate in Dairy Science from University of Agricultural Sciences, Bengaluru, India. He has 22 years of experience in Dairy, Beverage, Bakery, Poultry, Processed Foods, Catering and e-commerce industry.

He started “Swasthya Food Consulting” in Feb 2022 based at Bengaluru, India, majorly focused on training and consulting on various food safety management systems. He worked as Quality Manager in Saudi Arabia for a decade (10 years) in companies like Almarai and NADEC. He is Certified Manager of Quality / Organization Excellence from American Society of Quality. He has experience of conducting more than 1200 technical trainings and more than 1200 first and second party audits across different food sectors. He has implemented FSMS like HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000, BRCGS Food, BRCGS Food Packaging and AIB standards in more than 135 food manufacturers across the globe.

He is one of the Top 100 Performing FoSTaC Trainer in India (Food Safety Training and Certification designed by FSSAI). He is also QCI registered FSMS Consultant and Swasthya Food Consulting is APEDA registered FSMS Consulting Agency in India.

Thammaiah ND is involved in providing services in the field of food safety which includes, FSSAI regulatory support (licensing, label verification & training), implementation of BRCGS, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP and training on various food safety courses like 5S, TQM, RCA, CAPA, HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000, BRCGS Food, AIB, GMP, etc.
