Principle Food Safety Consultant and Compliance Specialist, Amanda Evans-Lara, has over 28 years’ experience working with local and international food businesses. Amanda is the energy behind HACCP Mentor which is a platform that provides tools, tips and training to help food businesses comply with global, customer and regulatory HACCP and food safety requirements.
Starting her professional life as a government food inspector, Amanda has built upon this solid foundation to design, develop and implement food safety compliance initiatives to promote a safer food supply for consumers.
Amanda continues to maintain global auditor certification along with training and virtual facilitator qualifications related to the major GFSI recognised standards, HACCP, food safety and regulatory requirements.
